The rules for using DigitalKnife.

These Terms govern your use of the DigitalKnife mobile application ("the App"), operated by Catalin Cucu ("we", "us", "the operator"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DigitalKnife is a digital toolkit for chefs, cooks, and food professionals, providing calculation, conversion, reference, and planning tools. Some features require an internet connection (including AI-assisted recipe search, music streaming, and online ingredient lookups); most other tools work offline. Features and tools may change, be added, or be removed over time.
The App uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for activity that occurs under your account. You can use the free tools without a subscription; certain features require a paid subscription.
Purchases through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. As digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply once the service has begun with your consent. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your own professional or personal kitchen use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App or its content.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (recipes, notes, meals, lists, etc.). You are responsible for that content. We do not claim ownership of it. Your content may be stored on your device and synced via Apple iCloud under Apple's terms.
Some features generate content using artificial intelligence (for example, recipe suggestions). AI-generated content is provided as a culinary reference only. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon for food-safety, allergen, dietary, or medical decisions. Always verify critical information independently.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, bypass tier restrictions, access it through unauthorised means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The tools provide calculations and references intended to assist professionals; they do not replace professional judgment, food-safety practice, or applicable regulations. To the extent permitted by Austrian law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Online features depend on third-party services (e.g. Apple, AI and data providers) and may be temporarily unavailable.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria, to the extent legally permissible.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
